Why choose Mindfulness at?
Mindfulness as a practice has been empirically supported, and is a type of meditation practice in which one is focused on the present moment, being aware of what one is doing or surrounds them without being overly reactive to sensations or what is going on around us. Mindfulness alters mindset and attitude, and adherence provides long-term positive results to patients such as increased self-control, objectivity, affect tolerance, enhanced flexibility, equanimity, improved concentration and mental clarity. This means that Mindfulness could be advantageous for patients with mental health concerns but do not have the time nor resources to receive medical intervention.
HuaKai was created to specifically assist the meditating individual as a partner app. Its use is to consistently compile lessons and tutorials for easy accessibility and thus, there is no additional requirement. All additional resources are welcome to be paired with our app, but it is entirely optional. Mindfulness after lessons are typically self-directed through practice, so users can participate at any time that their schedule allows.
While there is no real way of seeing immediate change after undertaking daily mindful meditation, serious practitioners should begin to see noticeable change within a week to eight weeks. Some results people may experience include: better focus and reduced mind wandering, longer restful sleep, less overthinking and decreased ruminating thoughts and stress.
