With our practical user-friendly interface, finding mindful practice lessons are efficient and easy. Updated daily, you can find personally customized tutorials for your needs, by providing both audio or video only, catered to user needs. We include a spectrum of mindfulness lessons for all levels of practitioners.
The members of our app are able to share their progress online by sharing photos and comments on their feed that is grid formatted. Members can like and comment on each other’s feeds to promote mindful health, as well as discuss and communicate with each other via chat option.
Our interactive design allows for users to determine what level of mindfulness they are at. Our survey/testing function has certified tests that allow members to efficiently self-assess their capabilities and mental health through a designated, academically approved point system.
Our app also includes sharing capabilities for posts that you wish to save or send. Easy to navigate, the sharing option also allows users to contact the poster for more questions by automatically leading to chat option
HuaKai includes a notification option whenever new lessons plans are added or updated. Users can change their settings to include post features which will allow notification of likes, comments and shares.
Member and subscription details are located in our app’s “Me” section that includes all user feed posts made, that can be deleted and edited at any time. Login and password information can be located and effectively changed here.
The mission of the Alberta Mindfulness Association is to focus on creating targeted interventions that promote self-regulation. Our Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy (MBCT) program emphasize the importance of training attention and awareness in order to bring mental processes under greater voluntary control, thereby fostering mental well-being through capacities such as calmness, clarity and concentration during times of adversity.
